Hour long phone interview followed by an in person interview that lasted approximately 2 and half hours. Didn’t hear any feedback for 2 weeks and then received an email asking to come in for a follow up 2nd round interview. Later that same day I received another email cancelling the 2nd follow up interview. The next week I received another email asking if I was still interested and if so that I would need to complete a test project by the end of day the following day. No prior notice or offer to schedule a time to complete the test project when it fits in my schedule. I completed the test project and received a response email saying they would be in touch shortly. That was 3 weeks ago and I did not receive any additional feedback or responses. Overall, this was an unprofessional, disorganised, and unpleasant interview process that took a great deal of my time and they could not be bothered to give me any feedback or response. Very poor experience.
