They welcomed me at the entrance where after a while an outsourced HR officer came, greeted me and led me to the room where the interview took place. At the beginning they asked me to answer 4 questions in writing in 15 minutes. The questions where open ended about company culture and cultural fit. After that we had a very nice conversation about my resume, the position and the company

Had a phenomenal interview process. Met with around 5 stakeholders of all different departments and got a good sense of the account and its status/challenges/opportunities. I received extremely positive feedback from the internal recruiter but I never heard back from them. Emailed them a few times over ~4weeks but heard nada. Truly bizarre as they sounded very keen until they ghosted me.
