Multiple ininterviews in half hour increments starting with the HR screening. At the second interview the guy was reading from a list of questions and showed very little interest in responses. Was surprised to get asked back for a third round interview. No offer and no constructive feedback. When I applied the job had been listed for at least 3 months and it's still running. I question why they have not found anyone by now 6+ months later.
