I took an exam with a group of other people interested in working there, then we got results individually when they called us in one by one, and also asked us questions based on our CV

You are asked about 4 basic interview questions. Very easy and nothing too bad. It was an open interview day so I was basically immediately hired, did a drug test and they emailed me later for details about picking up the uniform and my first day working.
