Assessment day consisted of two interviews with partners, a group exercise and a written exercise.
The DLA team are pretty good at putting you at ease throughout.

Case Study (to be presented to one partner with 15 mins to prep)
Strengths-Based Interview (with one partner about your skills/strengths)

Half-day assessment centre consisting of a group discussion, individual presentation and 1-on-1 interview. Preparation time was given for the group discussion and presentation, each lasting around 15 to 20 minutes.
