I received a call after putting up the application. On the very first call which was made by their representative I made my expected salary very clear and also that its non-negotiable and that whole point of switching is salary as my current salary worth has went down in drain due to sudden inflation spike After which they aligned the technical interview and it went very well and i answered all the questions. After that i received a call from another number who claimed to be from DPL as well and they again asked all the questions regarding why i am switching what's my current and expected salary and whether its negotiable or not.It felt like I was talking to them for the very first time and i found this very annoying I mean why do you ask questions if you don't save them or document them? What's the purpose of asking same questions again and again. Interviewer who took my technical interview was a very decent and a humble person who earned my respect for him by his down to earth and humble attitude so thumbs up for him Summary :- They wasted my time by taking technical interview and then not moving forward with the application just because they didn't have the budget
