There are several steps in the recruitment process, the first one is online test, then there will be FGD, interview with HRD, then with user, then managers. The process is pretty much as usual, but they'll just give an empty promise on when the results are going to be announced, especially when you are not accepted.

The recruitment process begins with applying through the company’s recruiting system, followed by an AI-based interview, then an online Assessment Center that includes a case interview, role play, and interviews with the team, and ends with a final interview conducted by a Vice President offline

describe a challange you have faced and how you solved it
A few rounds of interview and the interviewers were very attentive and engaging. They were not intimidating and very friendly as well. I like the team but I accepted another offer from another company. I would recommend others to apply though and I eventually referred a friend of mine to take the position i declined. Kuddos for the HR considering they tried very hard to persuade me to join the company.
