Entrevista
I submitted my application online in February 2019. I was quickly called to schedule a phone screening interview with HR. After the phone interview was a success, HR then scheduled a WebEx meeting to virtually meet others from the Marketing team stationed in Quebec (three interviewers in total). The third and final round of interviews included a 1:1 FaceTime interview with the manager of the Assistant Brand Manager position. The entire process from application to job acceptance was completed in less than one month. Everything was very transparent and efficient.

Entrevista
I did an assessment centre involving a competency interview, group task and presentation. Interview was based around competency areas Danone provided, collaboration, feedback and problem solving. The group task was a consultancy based task around ways a business can cut costs with information to read and analyse.

Entrevista
The interview process was fast and very clear. From HR to the Brand Manager, each stakeholder was reactive and clear. I had a really good experience at Danone in Ile de France / Saint Ouen.
first round: HR call of around 30 minutes,with mostly classic questions asked- Second round: Manager interview at the company site, around 30 - 40 minutes - Third round: Director video interview around 15 - 20 minutes
