1st: the phone call with HR - asking personal questions (basic)
2nd: personal interview with the manager - asking field specific questions (in my case it was finance related, the basic knowledge of finance: P/L, balance sheet, Cash Flow statements.) knowing your ambitions are important.

they ask about ur experience / project and how do you approach those things
It was a 1vs1 interview with a recruiter, typical questions regarding interests in the company and a firm. It was a pleasant experience, recruiter wanted to get to know me better.
HR Interview lasts 5-15 minutes by Microsoft Teams (they will send you an email]. You will have to wait until they accept you to the meeting room. You will have chance to ask question after the interview.
