The interview process took almost 3 weeks for me. Initially I was interviews for an Intern position. The process consists of- 1. Telephone Screening 2. Written Test (Logical Programs) & Technical Interview 4. System Test 5. CEO Round from USA 6. Managerial & HR Round 7. Offer & Joining I felt frustated for visiting the office 3 times just for a 3 months Intern position. But, I maintained patience from my end and tried. Then finally got call from the HR to visit the office for the third time. I assumed as I got selected as the intern when HR said me that's a good news. But, As a surprise they recruited me as an Associate Software Engineer position though I given interview for Internship. All happies.................. :)
