Had one round of interviews with the director, waited for a month and got rejected as the role will be postponed for a year. The whole process seems chaotic and unprofessional although I got the interview through a referral.

Foram duas callls curtas, de 10 a 15 minutos. Perguntaram quais foram os últimos projetos que tinha feito, e explicaram um pouco do processo. Também tive que fazer um projeto prático e enviar para a avaliação.
Excessive bureaucracy and process overhead, aloof employees and recruiters, unclear and convoluted interview guidance, and compensation that consistently sits below market averages, creating a frustrating, inefficient candidate experience overall process.

Tell me how you weren't in charge of the past product decisions
The interview was well arranged and professional. Recruiter seemed very knowledgable about the structures of the company, setups etc.
However, I do find it difficult, when recruiter can't share any salary range indications.
