Entrevista
The interview process at Deloitte was structured and professional. It started with an initial HR phone screening, followed by a technical case interview with a senior consultant, and concluded with a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Each step focused on evaluating analytical ability, communication skills, and cultural fit. Overall, it was organized, fair, and clearly explained at every stage.
