there were 4 intreviews. The first one was just a call from a junior HR. The second one was with the HR manager, about an hour where we discussed about the position. The third was with the manager where he told me about they way they work and my job, and also asked me about my technical expertise. The last one was with the partner, the big boss, where he wanted to check if our needs meet and our mindsets. The negative part was that they have me on waiting list for more than a month and a half, even though i got positive feedback from all the interviews, because they need to rethink about if they actually need a person or not...
