The process was good clean and transparent first hr calls then interview scheduled have 3 rounds then again hr round and finally they release offer post all these rounds if you are selected
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
