Entrevista
There were three interview rounds, each lasting 15–20 minutes. The technical round focused mainly on fundamental finance concepts, core subject knowledge, and questions related to the specific job role and responsibilities.

A clear and transparent process. Although it didn’t go all the way to the end, I could still feel the positive and collaborative company culture. The process included three rounds in total: an initial back-to-back interview with HR and the hiring manager, followed by a final round with a partner.

Entrevista
Entretien structuré pour le bureau de Bruxelles. Le processus s'est déroulé en plusieurs étapes : un premier contact RH, suivi d'un échange avec des directeurs. Les recruteurs sont bienveillants et transparents sur les attentes et la culture de la boîte. Les questions sont classiques mais exigeantes avec des questions techniques durant l'entretien avec une directrice qui n'hésite pas à aider un peu.
