One hour block, 30 minutes dedicated to a very simple case interview, and the other 30 minutes for behavioral. I would say the case interview is easy to get right and is more of a way to weed-out people who don't understand the content of the role or what they do. After the case, the behavioral interview is super important, it truly does not matter how good your answers are to the case interview if you are not pleasant to talk with.

It started with a pre-night where you got to meet the people you're competing against while meeting your interviewers. First round interview was one on one with two people, a partner and senior manager, behavioral. Second round interview was one on one with two people, a partner, and senior manager, social. This was the tougher round. In this round, the focus seemed to be on you and your ability to keep conversation going while continuing to ask questions for about 1/2 hour.
