The interview process had 3 rounds, after the initial screening, the first round was basic HR round with basic financial questions. The second round was with a tax manager, all situation and resume based questions where asked. Third round was by a senior manager, where he asked generic questions like Why Deloitte, why taxation and etc, which was crucial as that was the determining round where they assessed if the candidate was perfect fit or not.

A clear and transparent process. Although it didn’t go all the way to the end, I could still feel the positive and collaborative company culture. The process included three rounds in total: an initial back-to-back interview with HR and the hiring manager, followed by a final round with a partner.
