I applied online for a position as a consultant, soon after I was contacted for a recruiting day which consisted in a group interview, english test and maths test + interview with the HR manager.
A couple of weeks later I had the interview with the line manager.
I never heard from them, so I assumed the manager didn't like me ... so I accepted another job offer ..

Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
