Applied online, they qucikly respond me. First an easy phone interview (took approx. 15 mins), and invited for a personal interview. After the successful first stage i was invited for an assesment center interview with senior project managers and hr staff. Introduction, general questions etc. It takes approx. 1 hour. After a week they told me that i passed all of the stages. I didnt accept the offer because the project delayed for an indefinite period
4 stages that test job scenarios, personality, group exercise, individual exercise and interviews. Had to detail what was least and most like us and then describe what course of action would be most or least effective

Entrevista
Two separate phone interviews before being invited on site (pre covid). Calls lasted approximate 1hr . Onsite interview was with 2 people each lasting roughly 45 minutes. Associate role interview was more like a typical oder interview over the normal consultant type interview.
