Interviewed for the position of S&O Manager. Three rounds with round 1 with a senior manager and was a competency based interview with questions like - Where do you see yourself in 5 years, why leaving current org. etc. Round 2 was a case study interview with a director. Case study was a bit lengthy but I was prepared for it. Case study consisted of 45 mins preparation time + 30 mins discussion on the same. Round 3 was with the partner. This was a short 30 mins CV and competency based interview.

Interview was around past projects and subject fundamentals to get clarity. Also scenarios were asked from past projects and hypothetical ones on how to handle them as a leader. It was a decent experience for me given i was moving in the same sector
