Online tests and face to face group interview (3 to 2 interviewers who were audit senior managers). Some of us had a worksheet with a few basic accounting questions to fill up but for some reason I did not and went straight to the interview. It was pretty straightforward and easy questions, but because its a group interview the questions were not really competency-based, more like to find out more about you. So you don't have to rush to answer first because no one can really "copy" your answer to each his own.

First step is Group discussion, then a First round of Interview and lastly a Final round of Interview. First round was Human resource round and final was technical and online round.
