Two part interview. First part was standard "tell us about a difficulty" type questions. Second interview was a case study, with a different person. You're given just a few details of a project and asked to reflect on them with questions like "If you had to tell a company CIO three things, what would they be?" My gut says that, had I tracked closer to describing the software development life cycle -- as a couple friends had -- I would have gotten further. But one of course never knows what people's reasons are.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
