I met them at a university career fair and got an interview. There was a social and then another interview and another social. The interviews were a mix of case studies and behavioral questions, but everyone was extremely supportive and friendly.
I had two interviews, the first one was with two senior consultants and the second one with a senior manager. It was very pleasant, people were very friendly and nice. Overall a really good "get to know" experience.

The interviewer was friendly and he shared about his working life in this company. Some technical (eg. SQL, Python) and situational questions were asked so make sure you prepare yourself before the interview.

Entrevista
Had 2 interviews one through a phone call, just asking general questions. Then a case study interview . They were both straight forward and people were very nice but not very organized in the timing and kept rescheduling
