The process started with a Hirevue virtual interview, which entails hearing a question, figuring out an answer within 30 seconds, and then giving your answer within 2 minutes. Awkward, but I survived. A few days later, they hosted a dinner and service project for all the interviewees to get to meet the interviewers and get to know the firm better. It was the perfect opportunity to help me feel more comfortable and prepared for the on-campus interviews the next day. When I attended the interviews, I felt completely comfortable sitting down and talking with the senior manager and the partner who interviewed me separately. About a month later, they paid to fly me out to NYC for a pre-interview social and the interviews. I wasn't entirely impressed with the presentations and office tours they had prepared (or, perhaps I should say, "didn't prepare"). It was somewhat unorganized in that regard, and I personally didn't like that, though I'm sure other candidates did. When it came time for the actual interviews, I was interviewed by a senior manager and a partner. Both interviews lasted 30 minutes, and they both tried to make me feel very comfortable during the interview. I was told that offers would be announced within a week, but they kept extending their deadlines and finally contacted me three weeks later.

First step is Group discussion, then a First round of Interview and lastly a Final round of Interview. First round was Human resource round and final was technical and online round.
