Entrevista
I first applied to Deloitte through a campus hiring site. I was then contacted for a campus interview and attended a pre-reception. The campus interview was very conversational with a few analytical type questions thrown in. Know your resume and experiences! The second interview was on-site. It only took the morning and then we headed to lunch with a new hire. You meet with the recruiter, principals, and partners. This is also conversational but be prepared to ask them thoughtful questions as well.

It was a combination of behavioural and technical questions. Also had to do a presentation in about an hour and send it to the HR. Overall it was a very good experience

First round is online round (AMCAT based) followed by GD in which a case study is given. The final round is the interview round where they ask mostly HR questions and some basic technical questions. Prepare your resume well.

No case interviews. All behavioral questions. first round-phone interviews, second round-on-site interviews. One candidate talks to two interviewers-one PPD, one manager. Other consultants were assisting the whole process. Also provided opportunities to talk to other candidates.
