The interview process was not organized. I had three initial phone screens with a recruiter before I was flown to the Chicago office for a day of interviews. This day consisted of three one on one interviews with higher ups in the company: 1 interview about my career and school history, 1 case study/technical interview, and 1 interview that was basically just BS'ing with a partner. I was left to walk out of the building alone not knowing when I'd be contacted again. It took weeks for the recruiter to get back to me.
