You get a call from the HR and reserve a date for Communication test.
once you clear that test you go for the business round.
depending on the position you will have 1 to 3 business rounds.
one done you will get am email from the HR, If selected it will contain the offer letter and then you can negotiate.
one you accept the offer you get a joining date.
Entrevista con recursos humanos de manera online, dos fases. Preguntas comunes y de lógica. Sin preguntas técnicas, prácticamente. Con la chica de RRHH y el jefe del departamento en el que trabajaría.

It was very straight forward. Three rounds of testing and I was able to fly through them. However I was notified that another person was offered the job after the third round.
