Entrevista
The interview process took more than four months. I had a total of four phone interviews and two in-person interviews. I was a finalist for the client account manager (CAM) position. During the final interview, I was informed that Deloitte would let me know whether they would make an offer in 2-3 business days. I waited for two weeks and heard nothing. Finally, I reached out to one of the numerous recruiters I'd been in contact with. Deloitte had already given the position to another candidate. The whole process was a waste of time, and it was quite disrespectful not to inform me of their decision after I spent 4 months in the interview process. It was a poorly organized process, and no one seemed interested in communicating with prospective employees. I won't be looking at future opportunities with the company.
