Apply this job at ehe deloitte website, if you're applicable the HRD will called for the test. If you've passed then the interview, then sign the contract. Every new hired is a contarct employee for at least 1 years. If you've got promoted then your status got to be permanent employee.

They asked about the standard questions, there's nothing to worry about.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.
