Experience Hire. Online application-telephone interview-assessment centre-face to face interview. Online application is simple and straight forward. Telephone interview was about competency based questions. Assessment centre was about a group exercise, basically pros and cons analysis of several potential projects. And then, a writting exercise about sending two emails, one is to comfort an angry colleague, the other was about to report work to partner (with analysis). The face to face interview was introduce yourself and competency based questions.
