Received one month later an invitation to 1st round of interview. Only one week of notice and do not pay back for the transportation. 1st round interviews included: HR interview (threw in a 1st year HR junior, pointless competency questions, no real dialogue or exchange about T&Cs of potential offer), motivational/case study with operationals (very easy case-study, not what one should expect from a "strategy" consultancy) and motivational/CV interview with a director

Typical case study they submit to all candidates ("Polonia / Steel Corp") Steel Corp wants to acquire Polonia, located in Poland. Both companies produce steel products. You have to pitch the idea to senior management, what advantages and concerns would you highlight?

For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
