Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Deloitte (San Francisco, CA) em nov. de 2019
Entrevista
Applied through my school's job portal and was emailed about setting up a phone interview two days later. Phone interview was with a manager and an associate, 30 minutes, was asked what I thought transfer pricing was and questions about my resume items. They asked me to do in-person interviews at the end of our call.
In-person interviews were at the office with four senior-ish managers for 30 minutes each. Each manager opened by asking me what I thought transfer pricing was. One manager asked some questions about what I'd do if I couldn't finish a task and spent the last half just talking. One talked the whole time. One gave me an informal company comparison exercise and asked a few behavioral questions. One talked for the first half and then asked some easy behavioral questions. After the interviews, the associates took us out for lunch.
If you're calculating the transfer price for a company's wholesale to retail divisions, how do you know whether you can use a pair of two other companies as a good comparison?
Very casual and conversation-based. Didn't ask many technical questions aside from "how would you describe transfer pricing". Asked some questions about activities/experiences. Overall not a very difficult interview, just be personable and professional.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Deloitte (Bruxelas).

the interview was very relaxed, no technical questions were asked, only about your motivation to join the company and the team. looking for someone whos very personable and eager to learn,
It was two back to back 30 min interviews. There were a lot of behavioral questions to see if you’ll fit it with the team. Managers are super nice and are open to any questions.
