Entrevista
One on one interviews with the head of the department, several conversations over a fire months, relatively informal. Followed by an online test and skills evaluation. I got connected via via which made it probably a more informal process than the regular one.
Was a hire direct from college. One full day of interview starting at 9am, got the decision by 9pm. Started with an intro about the culture, different offices, kind of work and then 2-3 rounds in between with folks at different levels.

Tres bon processus, échanges et interactions pertinentes. La dynamique au sein de l'équipe a l'air de favoriser un environnement collaboratif où chaque membre se sent écouté et valorisé.
