There was a first round of interview on phones after which resume is shortlisted, then there is first techinal round taken by senior manager and second interview round by MD, then there is HR round followed by communication skills test. Each round is elimination round.

It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.
