Spoke with a university friend who put me in touch with a hiring manager. I then intereviews with 4 senior level people at the firm and was offered a position with the company after the interview process. The cuture was interesting. Very competitive, but a friendly environment at the same time.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
