The first interview was a 30-40min one with the HR staff and then if you were selected, you have the second interview with the Audit Department Director for about 10minutes.

It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
