Entrevista
First Round:
30 min behavioral- standard questions... why Deloitte, why tech consulting, when you solved a problem, when did you lead a team, past experiences and how they relate to the job
30 min technical- went through mini case with 5 structured questions. Would definitely recommend using the Deloitte Case Prep tool, the case structure was nearly identical.
Second Round:
Technical case and presentation- given a 15 min video and then asked to choose between two prompts. Create a presentation based on chosen prompt and given 30-40 min to build. Eventually present it to PPMD and answer any questions based on your presentation.
Will get back within two weeks on final decision.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Entrevista
Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
