Why Deloitte and not one of our competitors? I expected the why Deloitte, but to be asked to say why "not" to the others surprised me.
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.

The interview process was average big4 interview with general questions about yourself and experiences, which took about 30 - 40mins. Interviewer was professional and I had a neutral experience about the interview
