Sent my resume to a family friend who works for Deloitte, who then sent my resume to the tax department. I had a phone screening and then they brought me into their office for a round of interviews a couple days later. There were originally supposed to be only three interviews, but when I arrived, they informed me that I would be interviewing with four different people to get a better opinion.
The first interview was over lunch with one of the other Mutli-State Tax Associates. I then interviewed with someone in the Business Tax Department so I could learn more about their tax operations in a more broader sense. I then interviewed with the head of the Multi-State Department, and finally, with a Multi-State Tax Senior.
Each interview was different in the kinds of questions they asked the tone.

I always struggle with behavioral questions, which was the main focus of my second interview, but I thought they were all pretty generic. The one I had trouble with the most was, "Have you ever had to work with a group of people where there was one or two members who were not pulling their weight?"
