Il processo si divide in due colloqui: il primo conoscitivo in cui vengono poste domande sulla persona, quali punti di forza e punti deboli e viene chiesta una breve introduzione di sè in lingua inglese, il secondo tecnico in cui vengono posti alcuni problemi di programmazione base, si può scegliere qualsiasi linguaggio si preferisca e sono piuttosto semplici, dopodichè una lunga serie di domande tecniche in particolar modo relative al grado di conoscenza delle varie tecnologie con le quali si potrebbe andare a lavorare (sql vs nosql, cosa è lo scrum, reti neurali...)

Entrevista
It was not too easy but a bit difficult though for an fresher. It was way more critical but anyhow i managed to answer. Skillset question was not so difficult but the knowledge all over is must.

Too much corporate, lack personalized questions and vision. Also too much steps to complete the interview process. Conclusion a big corporate operation lacking innovation. My suggestion is to keep away from big companies like these if you can

J'ai réalisé des tests technique à distance (niveau d'anglais et raisonnement) avant d'avoir un entretien RH.
J'ai ensuite été interviewé en 2 entretiens avec Directeur puis Partner de la pratice, avec des questions classiques d'entretien ainsi qu'une étude de cas
