Unnecessarily elaborate. Multiple stages each without human interaction, this theoretically doesn't pose much problem but it's clear they are looking for specific reactions and answers which is difficult to deduce without seeing another person.
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
