Wait about 4 months from campus recruitment until got called for interview process. In my experience, they called you one week before interview date.
Wait around 5-10 minutes before interview. User give friendly vibe, but not the HRD.
Asked about your thesis, work experience, and organization experience. At the end, they ask what you gonna do in some sitaution (they gave some case/stuation)
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
