Entrevista
Interviewing me was one representative from HR and one from the tax department of the company. The questions consisted mostly of the standard ones e.g describe yourself, why are you intrested in working at deloitte, and so on.
Despite not getting an offer I am very pleased with the interview and the reception I got from the representatives. They seemed genuinely interested in me and my background and went to great length to describe the position and the organisation to me. After reciving word I would not get the job they gave me feedback on my interview performance and why I didn't get a job offer.

Describe a situation in which one of your strengths instead turned out to be a disadvantage.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
