Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Deloitte (Atlanta, GA) em out. de 2020
Entrevista
Spoke with a recruiter about a posted role. Recruiter said that I was a great fit for the position and that I had the desired skills, education and experience. Passed the first interview and the recruiting team fast tracked my application and gathered additional information to provide to leadership team. Passed a second interview, and was scheduled for a third interview with the senior leadership.
But the evening beforehand, the recruiter called and said that a senior leader had reviewed my package and rejected my application and did not want to proceed with the interview. Recruiter was sympathetic but did not provide a reason of why the leader had so suddenly changed course or what set off the decision maker.
It was a frustrating experience because I am an expert in this field and the firm was looking for someone to provide a fresh insight into this practice. All the recruiters and HR team members with whom I spoke said that I was an excellent match for the position. But the sudden, arbitrary change without explanation was unpleasant.

It was the first interview. On the one hand, the interviewer was very informative about the job description, but on the other hand she asked me only few questions and mainly talked about their activity.

Had 1 hour talk on the phone with a potential line manager and did not even hear back at all. Later on (after like 2 months), I had to call the HR (outsourced to another country), who was not with the company anymore. My application dossier was literally lost. Then another HR got back to me from the UK office, telling me the outcome. Felt very unprofessional and not cared.
