Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Deloitte (Hyderābād) em jun. de 2010
Entrevista
I had what can only be described as a 'weird' interview process.
First a very brief chat with the person in-charge of recruitment, and then a formal interview process scheduled about a month later.
The interviews were pretty normal. First with a Manager, then with a Senior Manager. Both interviews focusing on the CV, work experience and a case. Both went quite well.
Final interview with a partner. This was a brief interview, where the partner told me that they could bring me in at a particular level, explained the rationale behind it, asked me to think it over and decide whether I was interested, asked my compensation details and told me that they would be making me an offer in the next couple of days.
Except that the offer never came!
I waited two weeks and enquired. And was informed that they had decided not to go ahead with the process.
Honestly, I was disappointed. Not just at not getting the offer. But by the professionalism or lack thereof, that was shown. I can understand a third rate organization offering a job and going back on it, but never thought this could happen with Deloitte Consulting!
PS- And just in case you're wondering if I dreamt up the verbal offer - I called up the partner to understand what had happened. He agreed that they were ready to bring me in at the level he had mentioned, but (to summarize what he said) they felt I might not accept it, so had not even bothered to find out!
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Deloitte (Dublin, Dublin).

The interviewer was not the clearest in the articulation of her words, and sometimes apologized for giving the wrong information.
