Entrevista
First they asked me for my university record. Once they studied it they called me for an analytical exam in their offices. After the analytical exam, on the same day I did an assessment centre with 10 more people while two HR persons from Deloitte watched it.
After this day, there were two more personal interviews. The first was with the HR personal and if that was succesful it came the final interview with a partner from the firm.

The analytical test. There was no time to finish it.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
