Entrevista
Went through recruiter and invited to an assessment centre. Assessment centre consisted of written exercise; group exercise; presentation and Q&A; and partner interview.
Divisions are broken up into areas but the presentation asked to complete is standard. So, if the division your role fits in is department A & B, but your expertise lies within B, the presentation is likely to be on A as it is standardised. Clearly this is ridiculous.

Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
