Process begins with the typical psychometric testing, after which a recruiter calls you via phone to find out more about you as well as discuss the teams that might you might be interested in joining and then receive an invite to assessment centre followed by a partner interview.
1. Aptitude tests - common tests for consultancy jobs. Logical deduction/induction tests, etc
2. Personality interview + case presentation (case material provided 1hr before interview) - interviewed by 2 consultants from the branch you applied

Entrevista
There was an online screening round consisting of verbal, logical, amd quantitative aptitude questions. The selected students were asked to describe certain topics in Just A Minute. Candidates who made it through this round were put through the standard HR and Technical rounds.
