The bookkeeping was an outsourced function. The interview is a panel interview with their client. Feel like a disposable cog lined up with other candidates. Not a pleasant experience as I have only met the hiring in charge for the first time. Deloitte branding is nice but there's no human touch to it.

Multiple rounds of interviews with a some different employees from different departments of the organization. Call backs in between rounds to further plan and clarify the upcoming stages. Some testing materials given in advance of the interviews and other stuff.

Pleasant, calm, professional and involved questions showing an understanding of financial accounting. Do you know the industry, what you expect from the role, etc. was asked if I wanted coffee? I said no, but continued with interview.

Entrevista
Pretty mid range in terms of difficulty, friendliness and engagement. Some of the questions were hard. Some of the questions were easy. Overall my experience was quite average when comparing to other interviews.
