Applied online. Received aptitude test and video in at once. After waiting few weeks, received manager in. Manager ask you to introduce yourself and also do a small business case study. After 2 -3 days, received partner in.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
